Please keep in mind you need Adobe Acrobat Pro (if you don't have the pro version you can download the trial version from Adobe.com) in order to do this. You might be wondering why would you want to PDF an entire site? Well there are several reasons: Ability to browse the website when it is not online, preserving the pages at the exact moment for tracking changes and history, or just for basic record keeping.

Instructions

    1. Open Adobe Acrobat Pro.
    2. Click the "Create" tab at the top of the Adobe Acrobat Pro and select the "PDF from Web Page" option in the drop box that appears.
    3. Copy and paste or type the URL of the website you want to convert into a PDF into the text box found in the "Create PDF from Web Page" box that appears in the Acrobat Acrobat Pro.
    4. Click the "Capture Multiple Levels" option beneath the text box and a few other options will appear. Select "Get entire site" and then click the "Create" tab. A warning about the size of the PDF will appear on your screen. Click "Yes" and the program will begin to convert the website into a PDF. Depending on the size of the website and your Internet connection, this could take some time. Once it finishes, though, you will be able to access the entire website as a PDF.
