GrossiWeb's maintenance plan, from $250 a month, includes hosting management, dependency and framework updates, security patching and vulnerability monitoring, uptime and Core Web Vitals monitoring with alerts before problems reach users, and a monthly allowance of content updates and small changes. Feature development beyond the allowance is quoted separately or billed by the hour. The plan applies to sites GrossiWeb built and to sites taken over after a codebase review.

How much does website maintenance cost?

The price rises with site complexity, not traffic; hosting and third-party software are billed at cost.

Who maintains the site after launch if I do not take a plan?

The client can. Every site GrossiWeb builds has its code in the client's own repository and its hosting in the client's own account, and the stack is Next.js, React and TypeScript, which any experienced front-end developer can maintain. The plan exists for businesses that would rather not schedule updates, watch monitoring and make small changes themselves. Sites left without updates for a year or more usually need a catch-up project first.
