Google Ads management is the ongoing work of planning, building and running paid campaigns on Google Search, Shopping, YouTube, Display and Performance Max, and adjusting them so that the cost of each lead or sale meets a target. A management fee is paid to the agency; the ad spend is paid to Google separately.

GrossiWeb is a digital marketing agency based in Atlanta, Georgia, founded in 2006, that manages Google Ads accounts for businesses in Atlanta, Raleigh, Los Angeles and nationwide. Management is priced as a flat monthly fee by ad-spend bracket, from $750 a month, with a $1,500 minimum monthly ad budget so that campaigns have enough data to be optimised.

What this means for your business

Google Ads rewards accounts that are measured properly and adjusted every week. GrossiWeb builds the tracking first, so every call and form is attributed to the search that produced it, then manages bids, budgets, negative keywords and landing pages against a cost-per-lead target you agree in advance. The fee is flat and published below; the ad spend is paid to Google by you.

What you actually get.

Tracking before spend

GA4 conversions, call tracking and form attribution set up and tested before the first ad runs.

Weekly management

Bids, budgets, search terms, negative keywords and ad tests reviewed every week, not once a month.

Reporting in leads

A monthly report in cost per lead and return on ad spend, with the converting search terms handed to SEO.

A Google Ads agency researches the searches your customers make, builds the account structure, writes the ads, sets up conversion tracking so every call and form is attributed, manages bids and budgets, adds negative keywords to stop wasted spend, tests landing pages, and reports in cost per lead or return on ad spend rather than clicks.

At GrossiWeb the account stays in your name with full ownership, tracking is built in Google Analytics 4 and the contact form records the channel of every lead, so the monthly report shows leads from ads next to leads from search and AI referrals. Landing pages are part of the same engagement, because the page after the click decides most of the cost per lead.

GrossiWeb charges $750 a month for accounts spending up to $5,000, $1,500 up to $15,000 and $2,500 up to $30,000, plus a $500 setup fee that is waived on a six-month term. Published 2026 pricing guides (Lotiva, Clicks Geek, WebFX) put agency fees at $500 to $5,000 a month or 15 to 20 percent of spend, with most small accounts paying $500 to $1,500.

We use flat fees tied to spend brackets rather than a percentage of spend, because a percentage rewards the agency for spending more, not for spending well. Ad spend is always billed by Google to your own card; the management fee is the only money that comes to us.

GrossiWeb asks for a minimum of $1,500 a month in ad spend. Below that, a Search campaign in a competitive local market collects too few clicks and conversions for Google's bidding to learn from, and the management fee becomes a larger share of the total than the ads themselves.

If your budget is smaller, the Local Visibility package at $750 a month is usually the better use of the money: it builds the Google Business Profile and reviews that make later ad campaigns convert, and it does not disappear the day you stop paying.

Neither is better in general; they solve different problems. Paid search delivers traffic within days and stops the day the budget stops, while SEO takes months to build and keeps working after the work is done. Most businesses run both: ads to prove which searches convert, and SEO to own those searches over time.

GrossiWeb uses the converting search terms from your ads account as the keyword list for SEO, and the same GA4 tracking measures both, so you can see the cost per lead of each channel in the same report.

Flat monthly fees by ad-spend bracket. Every tier has the same service; only the size of the account changes. Ad spend is paid to Google directly and is not included.

How much does it cost to use a Google ad agency?

Two costs: the agency fee and the ad spend. GrossiWeb's fee is $750, $1,500 or $2,500 a month depending on the spend bracket, plus a $500 setup fee waived on a six-month term. Ad spend is whatever you set with Google, with a $1,500 monthly minimum for our management. Published 2026 guides put typical agency fees at $500 to $5,000 a month or 15 to 20 percent of spend.

Is a Google Ads agency worth it for a small business?

It is worth it when the ad budget is at least $1,500 a month and the business can handle more calls or enquiries; below that the fee outweighs the gain and a Local Visibility package is the better first step. The test is simple: cost per lead from ads, tracked in GA4, against what a lead is worth to you.

What is a Google Ads agency account?

A Google Ads manager account (formerly MCC) is a container that lets an agency access several client accounts from one login. Your account remains yours, with your billing and your data; the agency is granted access and can be removed at any time. GrossiWeb only works through manager access and never owns client accounts.

What do Google Ads management packages include?

A complete package covers research, account structure, ad copy and extensions, conversion tracking, ongoing bid and negative keyword management, landing page testing and a report in cost per lead. GrossiWeb's three packages, listed above, all include those items; the tiers differ only by the size of the account and how often it is reviewed.

Do I need a Google Ads agency near me?

Not for the platform work, which is done remotely everywhere. Local knowledge matters for the keyword list, the service areas and the landing pages. GrossiWeb is based in Atlanta and meets Atlanta clients in person, and manages accounts for businesses in Raleigh, Los Angeles and elsewhere with the same weekly process and monthly report.
