MYGO website lead database

MYGO Consulting, an SAP consultancy in Naperville, Illinois, had a HubSpot website that showed only a narrow slice of its expertise. GrossiWeb replaced it with a 213-page Next.js platform organized around how enterprise buyers look for SAP help, and it launched on June 10, 2026. From June 10 to July 16, 2026, Google Search Console recorded 957 clicks, up from 34 between May 1 and June 9, an early result we report below with its caveats.

The challenge

MYGO has the expertise, partnerships and service depth of an established SAP consultancy. Its previous HubSpot website did not show that depth. It introduced MYGO as an SAP services company, but it gave only a narrow view of the organization.

Enterprise buyers could not easily explore the full range of services, industries, products, certifications and expertise. The same thin content footprint gave search engines few chances to connect MYGO with the searches buyers actually run.

So the project had two problems to solve at once. Human visitors needed a clearer experience, and search needed a stronger technical and content foundation. A rebuild judged on appearance alone would not have solved either, so the site needed to do several things:

  • Give enterprise decision-makers a modern, credible experience.
  • Offer clear paths to services, industries, products, resources and regional expertise.
  • Run on a technically healthy platform that search engines can crawl efficiently.
  • Record real inquiries in a lead system that sits outside analytics reporting.
  • Structure content for traditional search and for emerging AI discovery.

What we built

GrossiWeb migrated MYGO from HubSpot to a custom Next.js platform and rebuilt the information architecture around buyer intent. The new site launched with 213 live pages, compared with an estimated 12 to 20 core pages on the old one. Each major service, industry, product and market now has its own place in the customer journey. The point was clearer paths for prospects and a fuller picture of MYGO's expertise for search engines, not a bigger page count for its own sake. This is the kind of work we do under web development.

Before and after comparison of the MYGO website: a company-centered page of general themes on the old site, and a page that starts from business challenges and links each to the relevant services on the new site
Before and after: from a company-centered message to pathways that start with the buyer's business challenge.

Navigation built around the buyer

The old menu listed services in one long dropdown with little context. The new navigation groups capabilities by domain and adds structured routes organized around business needs, industries, resources and proof. A separate section starts from ten business challenges, such as cash flow and AP automation or ERP modernization, and links each to the services that address it.

How the content was produced

The project combined platform development, content architecture, technical SEO, conversion planning and measurement. GrossiWeb organized the large content footprint with AI-assisted research and production workflows, and people reviewed page intent, technical claims, internal linking, structure and publication quality. Specialized SAP claims remain subject to MYGO's own subject-matter review.

A lead system, not a brochure

The rebuild added database-backed contact forms, a lead inbox, journey analysis and source classification. Submissions are recorded in MYGO's own database, so the website can be checked as a business system and not only through analytics reports.

Search and AI discovery

The SEO work covered technical health and crawlability. For generative engine optimization, GrossiWeb allowed nine identified AI crawlers, including GPTBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, Google-Extended and Bingbot, and added an llms.txt file that summarizes the company, its 13 services, 12 industries, products and certifications. Priority pages were strengthened with buyer-focused questions and short definitions that search and AI systems can quote. None of this makes citations certain. It gives the site an accessible on-page foundation for future visibility.

The results

The first post-launch period showed more search visibility, stronger engagement, recorded form submissions and a healthier technical foundation.

Before launch, Google showed MYGO's site 2,560 times and sent it 34 clicks between May 1 and June 9, 2026. In a slightly shorter window after launch, June 10 to July 16, the new site was shown 124,700 times and clicked 957 times. That is a 4,771% rise in impressions and a 2,715% rise in clicks. Each chart below has its own scale, because the two measures are too far apart to share one.

A larger footprint, and why CTR fell

Click-through rate fell from 1.3% to 0.8%, a 38% relative drop, and average position moved from 10.5 to 11.4, where a lower number is better. Both moved in the wrong direction, and we are reporting them as they are. Our reading is that the old site appeared for a small, narrow set of queries, while the new site began appearing in many more searches, including competitive ones where MYGO had little or no visibility before. A wider footprint tends to pull both measures down. A lower CTR here does not cancel the gains, but it does mean rankings still have to mature.

Form submissions

The website lead database recorded 12 contact-form submissions between June 10 and July 16, 2026: 8 in June and 4 in July. All 12 still had the status New at the report date. They are inquiries that had not yet been qualified, and we do not claim any of them became pipeline. Source page and UTM attribution were not available for these first submissions, so we do not assign them to a channel or a page.

Technical health and engagement

The SE Ranking site audit score rose from 66 before migration to 94 on July 6, 2026, a 42% increase, with 0 errors, 229 warnings and 1 notice. After launch the site passed Core Web Vitals, with Largest Contentful Paint at 2.3 seconds, First Contentful Paint at 1.4 seconds and Cumulative Layout Shift at 0. In plain terms, the main content appears in 2.3 seconds and nothing on the page jumps while it loads.

Google Analytics 4 shows about the same number of people doing more once they arrived. From June 10 to July 14, 2026, the site had 2,900 active users, about flat (-0.3%) against May 1 to June 9. Those visitors generated 5,800 page views, up 43%, and stayed an average of 115 seconds per session, up 22%. Bounce rate was 54.6%, down 24%. These changes are as reported in MYGO's monthly performance report, which does not show the earlier raw values.

An early keyword snapshot

SE Ranking began tracking 30 keywords on Google USA on July 13, 2026. The July 16 check is a snapshot, not a trend. Among the tracked terms:

  • MyPayablesAI SAP: position 1
  • SAP IBP implementation: position 2
  • SAP oil and gas consulting: position 3
  • SAP AI consulting: position 5

What comes next

The new platform is the base for the next phase of work:

  • Sustained content and authority work for higher-volume head terms such as "SAP consulting services" and "S/4HANA implementation", which remain longer-term opportunities.
  • Lead status updates and attribution improvements, so MYGO can judge lead quality and follow pipeline progress.
  • Continued conversion work on the new platform.
  • Ongoing subject-matter review of specialized SAP content by MYGO.
